Having remained mum on her decision to seek treatment since leaving an Illinois rehab center in January, Demi Lovato has finally opened up about her struggles in a newly posted video message.

While she opted to leave out specific details, the “Camp Rock” star did say, “The journey that I’ve been on has been very difficult over the past few months. I was dealing with issues that I know not only girls just my age but of all ages are dealing with.”

The 18-year-old continued, “I can’t tell you how much light you guys brought into my life in probably the darkest time of my life. Without you guys, I wouldn’t be here today.”

Lovato also was sure to thank her many fans for their continued support, as she graciously told, “I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for the support you guys have given me along the way…Your support is what got me through this.”

With camera crews capturing all of their family doings, Kim Kardashian and father Bruce Jenner paired up while shooting scenes during a visit to a medical center in Tarzana, California on Thursday (March 3).

With the E! beauty nearly taking a tumble thanks to her sky-high heels, the mother/father duo walked along side-by-side as Kim dutifully picked up her daddy after he attended a scheduled checkup with his physician.

Also tending to her daily workout efforts, Kim tweeted during the course of the day, “Whats up world? I had another hard workout today…I am sooo sore, I can’t even move!”

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to catching Kim and sister Kourtney in an all-new episode of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York” set to air this Sunday (March 6) at 10/9c on E!.

Making for quite the scary situation, Serena Williams has been hospitalized after suffering a blood clot in her lungs.

Being admitted to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Monday (February 28), the tennis star is said to be receiving care for a haematoma – a pooling of blood caused by a haemorrhage.

The situation comes after Miss Williams endured a health scare last week after being diagnosed with a blood clot in her lungs following a trip to New York for treatment to her ongoing foot injury.

Serena’s representative told People magazine, “(On) Monday Serena Williams underwent emergency treatment at Cedars for a haematoma she suffered as a result of treatment for a more critical situation. Last week, Serena suffered from a pulmonary embolism which was discovered upon her return to L.A. She had been in New York for doctor appointments for the ongoing issues with her foot. Doctors are continuing to monitor her situation closely to avoid additional complications.”

Even celebrities can’t escape the law, and Channing Tatum was pulled over and ticketed earlier today (March 1) in Los Angeles, CA.

Reportedly, the “Dear John” actor was busted for not wearing a seatbelt and talking on his cell phone while driving, which is a no-no in the state of California.

In other news, Mr Tatum is said to be gearing up to undergo hip surgery after suffering from an injury while training for his role as a Roman soldier for his latest flick “The Eagle.”

“’The Eagle’” was definitely the most dangerous film I’ve ever done,” Channing said. “We were on horseback on unsteady ground on cliffs, places where horses should never have been. I came back broken — physically, mentally and spiritually.”

She was probably best known for her role in “The Outlaw” back in 1941, and Jane Russell has passed away at the age of 89.

The Hollywood icon suffered from respiratory failure and died in her Santa Maria home yesterday (February 28).

Her daughter-in-law Etta Waterfield told press, “She always said I’m going to die in the saddle, I’m not going to sit at home and become an old woman. And that’s exactly what she did, she died in the saddle.”

Ms. Russell had quite the body of work, including a part opposite Marilyn Monroe in the 1953 musical “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.” Jane and Marilyn sang a duet called “Two Little Girls from Little Rock” as they sought romance in Paris, France.

Jane was married three times, with her most recent husband John Peoples succumbing to heart failure back in 1999. Russell told press, “Without faith, I never would have made it.”

Making for quite the joyous family news, Melissa Rycroft has given birth to a healthy baby daughter!

According to People magazine, the reality TV star and her insurance selling hubby Tye Strickland became parents to Ava Grace on Wednesday afternoon (February 16).

Of their bundle of joy, the couple told People, “Our lives have changed so much in the last two years and today we’ve been blessed with the best change ever, our beautiful baby girl.”

As for the birth details, the report adds that Ava Grace was born in a Dallas, Texas hospital while weighing in at 6 lbs., 13 oz.

The “Cougar Town” chick looked snazzy as she employed the help of a cane to walk, as she recently had knee surgery.

As for her separation from husband David Arquette, Courteney is considering getting back together with him.

An insider revealed, “It’s been four months since the separation now and David has been doing well in rehab. Courteney still cares for David deeply and she’s ready to give him a second chance if that’s what he wants and if he’s up to it.”

The “El Cantante” cutie made the stop as part of her “American Idol” duties following a full day of press outings including a stop at Sirius XM studios.

During the course of her many interviews, Miss Lopez spoke about being pregnant with twins Max and Emme – saying that she wasn’t short of receiving pointers from friends and loved ones.

She told OK magazine, “Everybody gives you a lot of advice when you are pregnant, which I find a tiny bit annoying, so I’m not going to give any.”

J Lo added, “But I did read What To Expect When You Are Expecting by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel. You can go day-by-day with that. It’s awesome.”

The actress’ spokesman, John Blanchette, told press, “She was spitting blood,” as the reason for her hospitalization.

Gabor’s husband of 25 years Prince Frederic Von Anhalt subsequently called her doctor who instructed him to call an ambulance.

Last month, Gabor spent three weeks at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center where she had her right leg amputated due to infection.

There were fan contests on Twitter about what gender they are and rumors about them being two boys or two girls — but nobody guessed this!”
